Who is it for?

The student who has some experience with castanets but is still in the beginning stages. (If you are BRAND NEW, please contact us.)

What will we do?

Here you’ll learn the basics in order to play castanets including

  • How to hold the castanets

  • The different techniques to strike them correctly and how to do this

  • Simple toques (castanet sound combinations)

  • The basic castanet sounds

  • Some simple arm movements to do while playing

  • A short choreography
